Full refund available if cancelled before the project brief session, less any Stripe processing fees charged by the payment provider.
50% refund available within 7 calendar days of brief delivery if design work has not yet started.
No refund is available once substantive design work has begun. Partial credit toward future work may be offered at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.
