By placing an order with webdesignprime you agree to these Terms. All services are digital and delivered remotely.
All packages are priced per project and paid upfront via Stripe. Prices exclude Spanish IVA at the applicable rate.
Work begins within 2 business days of payment confirmation and receipt of a completed brief form.
On full payment, the agreed deliverables become client property. webdesignprime retains the right to reference the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing before project start.
webdesignprime liability is limited to the value of the project fee paid. We are not responsible for consequential or indirect losses.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Cadiz, Spain.
